Name and brief description of the project: City Hotel – Hotel reconstruction
In the years 2009 – 2010, the existing building of the workers’ dormitory at Hotel Mousson**** was refurbished and modernized through a non-refundable financial contribution from EU funds. It is an urban-type hotel with a new design that meets the requirements of fast service and quality of services provided to the general public. The implementation of the project resulted in 50 De Luxe design rooms and 2 suites, a congress hall, a restaurant, a lobby bar, and a wellness centre. The total amount of the non-refundable financial contribution provided for the implementation of this project amounted to EUR 1,558,454.44.
